Atif Aslam in his recent interview with Daily Times praised Meesha Shafi for her song ‘Bijli aye ya na aye’ in Hollywood movie The Reluctant Fundamentalist.

When Atif was asked about the movie’s music, he quipped:

"The film’s music album has been very carefully and meticulously arranged in terms of its compositioning and artist’s alignment. Meesha Shafi has done a remarkable job with "Bijli Aaye Ya Na Aaye”. Despite us sharing a large fan following for our work, both Meesha and I are very different artists. Our genres are both distinct in their own way and yet it’s amazing to see the humbling response to our songs.”

Atif said that his experience while working with these artists was tremendous. He get to learn a lot from these artists and their different genres. Anyhow, this was another great example of co-operation from Atif towards other artists and shows that our artists really work hard to make the country proud in all over the world.
